Frequently Asked Questions
Why do your rates vary?
Rates differ depending on licensing and training requirements in different cities. Rates are also slightly higher for evening appointments due to drive-time considerations.
Do I need to add a tip?
Gratuities are not expected or necessary, however, they are greatly appreciated and are an excellent way to let the massage therapists know that they've done an outstanding job and are greatly appreciated. If you choose to tip, the average amount is 10-20% of the treatment fee.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes, we offer significant discounts for repeat clients and volume purchases for large engagements. We also offer discounts for qualifying non-profit organizations. Please contact us at info@xynergyspa.com for more details.
Do we have to pay for the therapist's travel expenses?
No, everything is included: transportation, equipment, and supplies.
