Making an Appointment
Our services are in high demand and are often booked far in advance. To make an appointment, call 949.701.0688 or fill out the online request form. While most of our appointments are booked in advance, some same day appointments may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please allow for flexibility when making your request.
When scheduling an appointment, provide the following information :
- Date and timeframe you are requesting (Please have three time slots that would work for you)
- Type of treatment and/or massage technique — or ask us for a consultation
- Preference for a male or female massage therapist
- Credit card or gift certificate number to guarantee your appointment (Visa and MasterCard accepted)
Method Of Payment
- All payments must be made prior to your session
- Xynergy accepts the following credit cards: Visa and MasterCard
- Gratuities can be added to the credit card purchase total when services are booked or given in cash or check to the massage therapist after the treatment
- Your receipt will be mailed to you (Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery)
Returned checks or declined credit cards will be assessed any applicable bank fees. Disputed credit card charges resolved in favor of Xynergy will be assessed an additional $25 administration fee.
Cancellation Policies
All appointments are confirmed within 24 hours of your scheduled time. No refunds will be provided for deposits or cancellations received with less than 24 hours advance notice before a scheduled appointment.
To quality for a refund:
- Individual appointments: Please call at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment time for a full refund. You will be charged full price if cancelled with 24 or less hours notice.
- Spa Parties or Special Events: Please call 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund. You will be charged full price if cancelled with less than 7 days notice.
- Corporate Services: Please call 7 days prior to your scheduled appointment time for a full refund. You will be charged full price if cancelled with less than 7 days notice.
Charges in full will be assessed for appointments cancelled or changed with insufficient notice as described above.
Liability Forms
All clients must complete a liability form and return it to us providing us with critical health information and consent for treatment. If you are under the age of 18, your guardian must be present during treatment or in the same vicinity.
This is a professional massage, nothing of the sexual nature! Should the therapist(s) feel threatened or uncomfortable at any time, the session will be terminated with no refund.

Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions
Gift certificates are sold at menu prices, excluding the first time promotional $49.00 special.
Client must provide the gift certificate at the time of the appointment in order to redeem it for service.
For the privacy and protection of your credit card information, we prefer that you to purchase your gift certificates by calling 949.701.0688 or e-mailing us at info@xynergyspa.com.
Delivery Options:
- Pick up gift certificate at Xynergy Spa in Corona Del Mar
- Have us mail the gift certificate to the recipient at no extra charge
Gift Options:
- Have your certificate specially gift wrapped and delivered via USPS
for an additional $12.00.
(Packaging features the certificate nestled in a gift box, lined with tissue paper, garnished with dried flowers, and tied with raffia — giving your gift, a little something special.) - Inquire about combining your certificate with a customized gift basket. Why Do Your Rates Vary?
Rates differ depending on licensing and training requirements in different cities. Rates are also slightly higher for evening appointments because of drive time considerations.
Do I Need to Add a Tip?
Gratuities are not expected or necessary, however they are an excellent way to let the massage therapists know that they've done an outstanding job. If you choose to tip, the average amount is 10-20% of the treatment fee.
Do You Offer Discounts?
Yes, we do offer significant discounts for repeat clients and volume purchases for large engagements. For those who qualify, we also offer a discounts for Non-Profit Organizations. Please contact us at info@xynergyspa.com for more details.
Do We Have to Pay for the Therapist's Travel Expenses?
No, every thing is included, transportation, equipment, supplies, and credentials.
